The follow consult types are available:

  • Initial consultation (60 minutes)

    • Your first session is all about getting to know you. We'll explore your health history, symptoms, goals, current eating patterns, and lifestyle. We’ll discuss the next steps together - no restrictive rules, just practical guidance to support your hormones, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

      You’ll leave the session with a clear plan, relevant resources, and confidence to take the next steps.

  • Follow up consultation (30 minutes)

    • These shorter sessions help us track your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. We'll celebrate wins, refine your strategies, and build sustainable habits over time. Ongoing support is where the real transformation happens!

      Best for:

      • Continued support and accountability

      • Updating goals or managing new symptoms

      • Reviewing blood test results or food diaries

      • Keeping momentum between major milestones

    • This appointment type is for those people who have previous had appointments with me.
